I was always in awe of the power grid in SGN and HAN when we were there. Just amazed at the cluster mess of wires! How in the world do they figure what is what??
I am still amazed how they organize the electric grid. Maybe just like everything in Vietnam, things has its own way of figuring out themselves...=)
